Basketball Bin
With two active kids in sports, everywhere you turned at my house there were basketballs, soccer balls and volleyballs--it nearly drove me crazy, until I came across this basketball bin. Attached to the same pole the net is on, it keeps the driveway clear of balls and me sane. ( As coach of my sons basketball team, I also donated one to the gym his league plays in.) The high impact plastic bin holds three basketballs, volleyballs, or soccer balls, and is lockable for secure storage. It saves the wear and tear that happens when balls are left out overnight in the rain or in very cold or hot weather. Robomower
My brother-in-law does all his own gardening, but he hates having to cut the grass. On the other hand, he doesn't think anyone else does it as carefully as he does! So to give him another option, I asked him to try the new Robomower, a friendly genius that knows how to avoid obstacles while mowing and mulching at the same time. The Robomower is environmentally friendly, uses no gas or oil, and runs on a battery that recharges when the mower is at rest. Once you set it up, there's little else to do. You simply outline the perimeter of the area to be mowed with special wiring imbedded with sensors, connect it to a small switch in your garage or shed, and the Robomower "reads" the directions perfectly. (If you'd like the exercise, you can also use the manual controller and walk behind the robotic lawnmower.) It has six adjustable mowing heights, three mulching blades and audible bumper sensors that stop it in its tracks until it clears an obstacle. Because it is virtually noiseless, you're free to use the Robomower any time you like without disturbing the neighbors.
